摘要
本文从预应力大梁的施工工艺、主要施工方法以及保证质量措施等方面,介绍了该厂房的主梁及次梁预应力的施工方法。预应力施工方法包括框架梁支模及钢筋绑扎、钢绞线制作、预应力施工、混凝土浇筑、预应力施工、孔道灌浆等方法。
In this paper, construction methods of prestress beam are presented from construction program, main construction methods and quality measures. The methods include formwork of framework, prestress steel operation, prestress and concrete construction etc.
