摘要
本文通过对人民大会堂福建厅、台湾厅两厅特殊的装修项目设计、施工及管理特点的阐述,结合作者本人在该建筑装饰工程施工的经验,从设计、人才、管理、科技、装饰公司文化五个方面来探讨装饰工程两优即创造良好的装饰效果、优良的工程质量所应该具备的基本因素。
