草莓愈伤组织的超弱发光及活性氧代谢变化的研究 被引量:6

摘要 草莓外植体在不同激素组合的培养基上诱导产生3类愈伤组织。I型愈伤组织的生长速率约是II型和III型的2倍,UBE强度是II型和III型的1.5倍和1.8倍,但II型和III型愈伤组织的活性氧代谢水平较强,III型中-H2O2和O·2的水平分别是I型的9倍和4倍。III型愈伤组织的分化培养过程中,UBE强度不断增加,H2O2的含量-呈现出由弱到强再到弱的变化曲线,O·2则表现出一直下降的趋势;而可溶性蛋白质含量、SOD及POD也呈现出一定的变化趋势。结果表明:愈伤组织中UBE与活性氧代谢之间无明确相关性,而都与愈伤组织形态建成过程密切相关。 The three types of callus were induced in the in vitro culture of strawberry explants. The type I callus displayed 2-fold level of growth rate,and 1.5-fold and 1.8-fold level of UBE,compared with the II and III types of callus. The II and III types of callus had higher levels of ROS. The type III callus had 8-fold higher contents of H_2O_2,and 3-fold higher level of O^( · - )_2 than those in the type I callus. During the shoot organogenesis in the callus culture,the UBE increased constantly,and the H_2O_2 level increased in the 10-d culture and decreased thereafter,while the O^( · - )_2 level declined consistently. The water soluble protein,SOD and POD also displayed some changes. The data indicated that there was no direct relationship between UBE and ROS metabolism,but both closely had correlation with morphogenetic activities in the callus.
