摘要
在简述数控加工仿真的研究现状和存在问题的基础上,提出研究与开发将数控加工几何仿真和物理仿真两者相结合的数控加工可视化仿真系统。并详述NC程序的计算机分析与处理方法、数控加工可视化仿真环境建模技术以及数控加工过程可视化仿真的实现原理。建立了零件表面误差数学模型,预测三维零件的表面加工质量,实现了仿真结果的可视化。
Firstly, this paper summarizes research status and existing problems in NC machining simulation. Then, the paper discusses a visual simulation of NC machining system combining geometric simulation and physical simulation. The paper explains in details the method of NC program disposed by a computer automatically, the technique modeling of visual simulation environment of NC machining and the principle of NC machining process visual simulation. The mathematic model of surface roughness is built to predicate a machined surface roughness.
