摘要
改进了在水溶液条件下,以硼氰化钠为还原剂,由氰钴胺与碘甲烷反应生成甲钴胺的工艺路线.实验结果表明,以水为溶剂,碘甲烷与氰古胺的物质的量比为20:1,反应温度为40℃,反应时间为10 min是最适宜的反应条件.
This paper modified the technical process of the synthesis of methylcoblalamin. In aqueous solution, cyanidecobalamin reacted with iodine methane with boron sodium cyanide as reduction agent. The experiment results showed that the appropriate conditions should be that water was used as a solvent, molar ratio of iodine methane to cyanidecobalamin was 20:1, reaction temperature was 40℃, and reaction time was 10min.
