摘要
针对传统方法研制开发槽型刀具时出现的周期长,工作效率低等问题,在VisualC++6.0环境下,结合OpenGL和World Tool Kit软件,构建了桌面虚拟现实的软件平台,探讨了不同加工条件下切屑折断的虚拟现实.实验证明,该虚拟现实仿真的切屑折断与实际基本吻合,该系统对刀具的断屑性能可做到事先预测,缩短了刀具的研制开发周期,提高了工作效率,同时实现了槽型优选.
To solve the problems of long exploitation periods and inefficient work, OpenGL and World Tool Kit are linked to the project established in environment of Visual C++ 6.0 to get the table virtual reality environment. In that environment, chip' s breaking is realized in virtual reality under different machining condition. Experiments showed that the virtual reality cutting machining is as same as to the real machining and the system can forecast chip's breaking properties, consequently shortening periods, increasing efficiency and selecting tool grooves.
