摘要
首先介绍了我国氮氧化物的污染现状及其对人体和环境造成的严重危害,简单阐述生物技术在环境污染物处理过程中的发展.最后,介绍了生物技术处理废气当中的氮氧化物所需要的脱氮菌和原理,并详细阐述了国内外利用生物技术净化废气中氮氧化物的研究进展和现状以及该技术主要存在的问题.
Current pollution situation of nitrogen oxides in China and damage caused by nitrogen oxides on environmental and human being health were first elucidated. The development of biotechnology for environmental pollutant abatement was briefly introduced. The species of denitrifying bacteria and principles were depicted. In the end, the application and the progress of nitrogen oxides removing with microbiology in the global range were expounded , and the serious problems of biotechnology on removing nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gas were pointed out in detail.
