摘要
对再生胶废水的处理工艺进行了实验室小试研究,通过比较吸附剂、混凝剂和氧化剂的净化性能,最终确定最佳处理工艺为煤渣处理工艺.把该工艺流程应用于工业试验,取得了预期的效果,其处理出水CODcr浓度最低为49.9 mg/L,CODcr去除率最高为99.33%,已可达到国家污水排放一级标准.
Through experimental study on treating the wastewater of rubber-regeneration in the lab, a comparison is made on the purification efficiency of absorbent, coagulant and oxidant. Finally, the best technological process is determined.That is coal slay filtration method,which gains the expected results by being applied to the factory.The lowest CODcr of outlet water is up to 49.9 mg/L and the highest removal efficiency of CODcr is 99.33 % , which has met the first level of China National Discharge Standard of Sewage.
