铸件凝固模拟的模型化

摘要 铸件的凝固模拟计算前,必须实现模拟对象的模型化.此过程包括几何属性和物理属性模型化.前者指用数字模型表示铸件本身及各种铸造材料的形状和尺寸以及它们在空间的相对位置信息;后者指将材料本身涉及传热过程的物理参数与空间信息对应结合.本文介绍利用自行开发的通用铸件凝固模拟软件Rainbow FT实现凝固模拟计算模型化的基本方法. The modeling simulation objects should be achieved before progressing the calculaton of casting solidification simulation. The process includes modeling the geometry and physics properties. The former shows that castings and all kinds of foundry materials' shape, dimension and the information of their relative space position should be expressed by digital models. The latter shows that the physical parameters of materials relating to the process of heat transmission should be combined with their space positions. A basic method about using a self research solidification simulation software,Rainbow FT,to achieve modeling solidification simulation calculation is introduced.
