摘要
在人类社会正由工业时代进入信息时代这一社会转型期,体育教育的目标应以体育教育的多功能为出发点,运用信息手段,促进身体发展,最终达到促进学生主体健康发展的目标。课程目标定位应把运动参与、运动技能、身体健康、心理健康、社会适应等有机联系起来,在建立体育教育课程目标的基础上,明确其内涵,再将目标具体化,形成较为具体的课程内容体系框架。
The society is greatly changing from the industry age to the information age. The education including P.E. has become greatly different than before. The aims of P.E. teaching should start with the multipurpose, use the information means to strengthen health and achieve the goal to better the individual’s health condition. The setting up of the subject should connect integrally the participation in exercise, sports skills, physical health, psychological health and adaptation to the society. On the base of setting up P.E. teaching target, its definition is refined and defined to specify the aims and to form the specific frame of the course system.
