摘要
采用有限元数值分析法,对三环传动中内齿轮环板的刚度分析,揭示了内齿轮环板受力变形的刚度变化规律,找出了环板刚度薄弱的区域和产生轮齿剥顶的原因,提出了适当增加环板外圆弧半径的方法和可根据薄弱区域改变其局部形状的设想,以提高环板的刚度。
By using finite Element Analysis Model, to Analysis on rigidity of internal gear board of Three Rings Drive , it reveals alteration regulation of rigidity of internal gear board with deformation.Point out weak area of rigidity of internal gear board and reason of gear top peeling off. Then method and assumption to improve rigidity of internal gear board is put forward.
