摘要
回收产品到达的时间、数量和质量的不确定性造成了再制造物流网络的稳定性很差,从而导致企业无法开展再制造。针对再制造物流网络的特点,借助田口质量方法的思想和解决方法,将其应用于再制造物流网络的设计;提出了健壮性设计再制造物流网络的解决方案;建立了再制造物流网络的数学模型;并讨论了网络中各参数的设计方法;在此基础上,建立了健壮性设计的目标函数和优化模型,并提供了求解流程。最后,通过实例说明了健壮性设计的实现过程。
The uncertainty of time?quantity and quality of recycling products leads to the bad stability of remanufacturing logistics networks,so the factory could not develop remanufacturing. The ideas of Taguchi Quality Method were used to design the remanufacturing logistics networks. The solution project of robust design was presented;the mathematical model of remanufacturing logistics was built;and the parameters of logistics networks were also put into. On the basis of foregoing research,the object function and optimum modeling were built;the solution flow was put forward. At last,the example was demonstrated the process of robust design of remanufacturing logistics networks.
