The Rapid Thermal Response Technique For Injection Moulds

摘要 介绍了用于注射模的模腔表面温度快速响应技术,其中主要介绍了快速温度响应模具的原理和结构 ,并对其中的一些设计问题进行了讨论 ,最后对比了用传统模具和快速温度响应模具分别加工出来的制品 。 The moulding technique of rapid thermal response (RTR) to the cavity surface of injection moulds is introduced. The principle and structure of the RTR moulds and some points on the design of the moulds are mainly stated. The products manufactured separately by the RTR mould and the conventional mould are compared. The result shows some advantages of the RTR moulds.
