摘要
基于标准化的深入应用 ,设计了1种可用于一般级进模、弯曲模、成形模等的通用快换模具结构 ,适合中小型冲压制品的多品种、中小批量生产及系列产品的开发。实践证明 ,这种模具结构用于中小型零件模具的批量制造可节约60%的模具材料和工时成本 ,缩短模具制造维修周期 ,具有较好的经济效益。
In view of further application of standardization, a kind of universal quickly-exchanging die structure that can be used for general progressive dies, bending dies or forming dies has been designed. This die structure is fit for stamping medium or small parts in various products production, medium or small batch production, or series products development. Practices show that this die structure can save die material and man-hour cost by 60% in match manufacture of the dies for medium or small parts, can shorten the die manufacturing cycle and produce good economic benefit.
