摘要
将均匀设计应用于聚硅硫酸铁复合共聚生产工艺 ,得到最显著影响因素以及各因素的最佳水平 :铁硅比 6 .0~1 0 .0 ;硫酸铁浓度 2 4 %~ 36 %;酸化温度 4 5℃~ 6 0℃ ;酸化 pH值 4 .5~ 5 .5。用此条件制备PFSS并处理巢湖水样 ,平均剩余浊度为 0 .5NTU ,平均除浊率 99.5 %。对实验数据的多元回归分析得到了可对不同实验条件所得产品絮凝效果进行预测的回归方程。
Multiple polymerization of ploy-ferric-sulfate-silicate(PESS)was studied using uniform design method.The most prominent influencing factors and the optimum preparation conditions were obtained, namely the ratio of ferric ion and silicon is 6.0~10.0; the concentration of ferric sulfate is 24%~36%; acidification temperature is 45℃~60℃; acidification pH is 4.5~5.5. The average turbidity of Chaohu water treated with PFSS prepared under these conditions is 0.5 NTU, and the average turbidity clarification ratio is 99.5%. A regression equation for forecasting results was established by the multiple regression of experimental data.
