摘要
通过对试验结果的分析,讨论了在常规的材料及通用的工艺方法条件下矿渣和粉煤灰对高性能混凝土的影响,阐述了如何利用矿渣掺合料、粉煤灰、减水剂掺量及水胶比的不同,运用常规的材料及通用的工艺方法,在满足混凝土性能要求的前提下,调节早期强度与后期强度增长之间的关系,确定出使混凝土各组分充分发挥效应的最佳组合。在水泥用量仅 350 kg/m3的条件下,配制出强度等级 C80 的高性能泵送混凝土,28 d 龄期抗压强度接近 100 MPa,混凝土坍落度达到 220 mm 左右。
Through an analysis of result of the test, this text has discussed the impact of slay and fly ash on high-performance concrete under the routine material and craft method in common condition. The text has explained how utilize mix slay material, fly ash, water-reducing agent mixing amount and difference of water glue, on the premise of meeting performance request of concrete to regulate the relation of the early intensity and intensity on later stage. Confirm that is sent as an envoy to every component part of concrete and give full play to the making bestly up of the effect, the given the best component of making best up of the effect of every component of the concrete. C80 high performance pumping concrete be compounded with the factor of 350kg/m3 cement. The compressive strength in 28 days can be approached to 100MPa and the concrete slump can be reached about 220mm.
