摘要
目的研究胆碱抑酯酶制剂用于局部静脉麻醉临床疗效.方法将临床外科手术患者20例随机分为2组,实验组10例,使用新斯的明和利多卡因复合剂.单纯利多卡因组10例,为对照组.监测患者的心率、血氧饱和度、副作用,观察肢体痛觉、阻滞和恢复运动神经的时间等.结果胆碱抑酯酶制剂用于局部静脉麻醉显效时间明显缩小(P<0.05),作用时间延长(P<0.05),患者手术期间心率、血氧饱和度无明显变化,也无副作用.结论胆碱抑酯酶制剂用于局部静脉麻醉可明显缩短麻醉的显效时间,延长麻醉的作用时间,且生命体征平稳,无副作用.
ObjectiveTo research gall bladder alkali suppress the ester product used for the clinical curative effect in partial vein anaesthesia.MethodsDivided into 2 groups, 10 examples in test group using the Xinsidiming and benefit cards, 10 examples by using pure benefit many cards in control group. Monitoring the sufferer's saturated degree of oxygen in blood, heart rate and observing pain in body and recovering motor nerve.ResultsEffect fime of gall bladder alkali suppress the ester product used for the partial vein anaesthesia shortened obviously(P<(0.05)), function time extended(P<(0.05)), the saturated degree of oxygen in heart rate, blood during the period of surgical operation have no obvious variety, also no side effect.ConclusionThe gall bladder alkali suppress the ester product used for the partial vein anaesthesia can shorten obviously showing effect time, extend anaesthesia time, and the life advertises steady, have no side effect.
