摘要
目的探讨难治性产后出血治疗的新途径.方法对因宫缩乏力并/或软产道裂伤引起的产后出血,用传统方法治疗不能止血者,用介入方法栓塞出血动脉.结果产后出血患者28例,用传统的方法治疗,其中26例有效,有2例不能控制出血,用介入栓塞出血动脉的方法,均取得止血的明显效果.结论介入栓塞出血动脉治疗难治性产后出血,效果好,创伤小,无明显并发症,可重复使用,能替代经腹手术,且能保留子宫,是值得重视的治疗方法.
ObjectiveTo explore a new method of treating postpartum hemorrhage.MethodsFor those who suffer from the postpartum hemorrhage caused by the lack of energy of wombs or the cut of soft canals cannot be cured by traditional method, we can use the intervention to block the hemorrhage arteries.ResultsWithin the last year, our hospital adopted twenty-eight patients with postpartum hemorrhage, among which twenty-five patients have been cured by the traditional methods while three failed. But by using intervention to block the hemorrhage arteries, all had recovered.ConclusionUsing intervention to block the postpartum hemorrhage has many advantages, such as easy recovery, small cut, and no obvious complications. It can also be operated repeatedly and substitute the abdomen surgical operation. It even can reserve wombs.
