后路cage椎体间植骨融合术在下腰椎融合的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨后路cage椎间植骨融合术治疗下腰椎疾病的应用价值。方法运用后路cage椎间植骨融合术治疗腰椎间盘突出症10例,单纯腰椎滑脱症11例,腰椎管狭窄症3例,腰椎狭部不连2例。结果术后经6~12个月随访,临床疗效优良率92.3%(优80.8%,良11.5%),植骨融合率96%,短时神经功能障碍1例。结论后路cage椎间植骨融合术是治疗下腰椎不稳或滑脱的有效方法,临床疗效满意。 Objective To evaluate the treatment of posterior lumbar interbody fusion with cage. Methods Posterior lumbar interbody fusion with cage were performed in 26 patients with chronic low back pain. Results After follow-up for 6~12 months, preoperative symptoms of all the 26 patients were significantly improved. Clinical effective rate and satisfactory rate was 100% and 92.3%(80.8% excellent, 11.5% good), respectively. 25 of the 26 patients achieved successful fusion and the bone union rate was 96%. One patient was complicated with a transient dysfunction of peripheral nerves. Conclusion The treatment of posterior cage implantation has been found to be an effective, reliable, rapid, safe procedure for lumbar interbody fusion. The results of our practice demonstrated it produced a high fusion rate and clinical success with rare, serious, or permanent complication.
