摘要
目的探索精神科标准化健康教育的效果。方法298例精神科住院患者(标准组)实施标准化健康教育,并与356例传统的健康教育患者(非标准组)比较。结果标准组患者对健康教育知识掌握程度均优于非标准组,且复发率低。结论精神科标准化健康教育可显著降低复发率,但具体方法值得继续探索和改进。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of standardized health education(SHE) in psychiatric department. Methods: 298 inpatients in psychiatric department (standard group) were implementated with SHE and compared with traditional one (non standard group).Results: The mastery degree on health education of cases in the standard group was better than in non standard group and its recuning rate is lower . Conclusion: SHE in psychiatric department can reduce recuring rate but the concrete methods should be explored and improved.
