摘要
目的探讨提高帕金森病运动功能障碍的有效治疗方法。方法60例患者分为康复组(40例)和常规组(20例),2组按常规服用美多巴等药物,康复组并综合应用神经生理与神经发育疗法进行康复训练。治疗前后对2组患者进行Barthel指数和Webster评定,比较疗效。结果治疗1个月,康复组运动功能改善明显,与常规组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论康复治疗联合药物对帕金森病患者运动功能的恢复有较好的疗效。
Objective: To explore an effective method for improving motor function of the patients with Parkinson's disease. Methods: Sixty cases were divided into the treatment group (40 cases) and the control group (20 case). Both the two groups were treated with Madopa, meanwhile the patients in the treatment group received neurophysiologic and neurodevelopment treatment. The two groups were assessed with modified Barthel Index (MBI) and Webster's Scale. The effectiveness was compared between two groups. Results: After treatment for one month, the motor function was significantly improved in the treatment group as compared with the control group ( P < 0.05) . The effective rate in the treatment group was 95%. Conclusion: Rehabilitation treatment in combination with medicine can improve the motor function of Parkinson's disease.
