摘要
目的 探讨治疗儿童股骨颈骨折的新术式 ,提高治疗效果 ,增加其愈合率。方法 对儿童股骨颈骨折 ,按Colonana分类经颈型及基底型共 14例均采用切开复位空心钉内固定并I期植骨。结果 经 2～ 3年跟踪 ,14例中11例愈合良好 ,3例骨折愈合但股骨头无菌坏死。 14例均未见骺板破坏。结论 切开复位采用空心钉内固定并I期植骨能做到骨折端加压 ,内固定牢固 ,不损伤骺板 ,防止骺早闭等优点 ,值得推广使用。
Objective To evaluate the effect of internal fixation with cannulated screws combined with bone graft for children with femoral neck fractures. Methods Fourteen children with femoral neck fractures included 9 transcervical fracture and 5 basic fracture according to Colonana classification underwent internal fixation with cannulated screw combined with bone graft.Results The follow up was ranging from 2 to 3 years. Of 14 cases, 7 cases heal well, 3 cases heal well but complicated with avascular necrosis of femoral head. No epiphyseal injury was found.Conclusions Internal fixation with cannulated screws combined with bone graft can enhance the pressure between fracture fragments, offer stable internal fixation, protect epiphyseal, prevent the growth arrest and angular deformities. It is an ideal method for treatment of children femoral neck fracture.
