本文介绍了基于液压控制系统的自动U型弯管机的设计。本U型弯管机是利用液态油为媒体,液压缸作为执行元件,利用液压传动技术并且结合自动控制原理来完成加工过程的机械加工元件。探讨了自动弯管机的工作原理、结构及设计特点。
The paper discussed the design of U-pipe bending machine based on hydraulic pressure automatic-control system. The U-pipe bending machioveis a tool of machine that based on the liquid oil and used the hydraulic pressure urn. At the same time, the paper explained the control ideas of the system and its basic principle of the machine.
