磷酸酯两性表面活性剂是一种新型的两性表面活性剂,它具有多功能的特点。在清洗剂的配方中它既可以发挥表面活性剂的作用又可以发挥水溶助长剂的作用。文章对商品牌号为PhosphotericT-C6的磷酸酯两性表面活性剂的性能做了全面介绍,它在做主表面活性剂时有优异的去垢性能,在与其它表面活性剂混合使用时能提高去污效果,它还具有易冲洗的特点,它有良好的相容性和化学稳定性,所以可用在含有过氧化物或过酸等强氧化剂、强酸或强碱的清洗剂配方中,适合用于对多种基材的清洗。为介绍它优异的水溶助长性能,文章对水溶助长剂及其机理进行了介绍。文章还列举了PhosphotericT-C6各种应用的具体配方。
Amphoteric phosphated surfactantis a kind of new surfactantwith multi-functionalfeatures. In formulation of cleaning agent, it can not only play a role of surfactant function, but also a function of hydrotroping agent. This paper has given a full introduction about the performances of an ampho- teric phosphated surfactant with a commercialname of Phosphoteric T-C6, which has a performance of excellent detergency as a primary surfactant and can raise the detergency enhancement with out- standing rinse ability when mixed with other surfactants. With good compatibility and chemical stability, it can be used in formulation of cleaning agentcontaining with oxidants such as peroxide or peracid, strong acid or alkali etc., suitable for cleaning of various substrate surfaces. The article has also introduced the mechanics of hydrotroping agent and listed concrete formulations for different applications of Phosphoteric T-C6.
