摘要
分析了一般的物流过程的时间消耗构成,给出了不同类型的时间定额的计算思路和方法,尝试提出物流过程的时间定额管理,为现有企业提高物流管理水平提供了一条可行途径。
The paper analyzes the components of time in the general course of logistics and the way to calculate the quotas of the different time components. The quota management of time in the course of logistics is put forward so as to improve logistics management.
