摘要
热喷涂方法日趋成熟,但热喷涂预处理阶段仍然存在着劳动强度大、能耗大、污染严重、设备复杂、施工困难等缺点。本文鉴于喷砂喷涂在预处理阶段存在的困难以及我国社会生产现状,研制出一种免喷砂热喷涂用涂料,这样就省略了繁杂的预处理工序,使传统热喷涂得以改善,提高了生产力。
The method of hot spraying is becoming more and more mature, but the preceding treatment in the hot spraying has many disadvantages such as hard working, costive energy consumption, heavy pollution, complex equipment, difficult construction and so on. Considering these difficulties in sand blasting and the current situation of our society, a kind of coating instead of sand blasting in hot spraying was developed. Thus the complex preceding treatment was left over, the traditional hot spraying method was improved and productivity was increased.
