Protein chip technology and its application in infectious disease research
摘要
蛋白质芯片是一种新型的蛋白质功能分析技术,具有高通量、快速、敏感、准确、微型化和自动化等特点。它在传染病病原体的检测、毒力及致病机制、耐药机制的研究、宿主免疫机制的阐明、新替代疫苗的研制、新抗生素靶位的发现等方面将有着巨大的应用前景。本文就蛋白质芯片技术及其在传染病研究中的应用进展作了概述。
