The general situation and progression of HIV genic treatment
摘要
随着人免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染在全球的蔓延,寻求有效的治疗和预防方法成为当务之急。90年 代以来,人们开始探索基因治疗的新途径。基因治疗就是将外源性基因转移到合适的靶细胞中,使其表达为RNA 或蛋白质,在基因水平上改变病毒或宿主基因的表达,以达到控制病毒增殖的目的。
