摘要
建设工程的进度控制工作 ,在工作内容上除控制进度计划外 ,更应注意直接影响工程进度的一些具体问题 .如 :人员的就位 ;材料的供应 ;机械的配置 ;冬雨季的连续施工 ;先进技术的采用 ;工程变更的控制 ;工程的安全管理 ;装修阶段的综合管理 ;分阶段验收等 .做好这些基础工作 ,无疑为工程进度控制奠定了基础 .
In the control of progress rate in construction,apart from progress control,more attention should be drawn to such concrete problems directly affecting the progress of projects as the placement of personnel,the supply of materials,the deployment of machines,the continuous construction in winter and rainy seasons,the adoption of advanced technology,the control of project modification,the safety in operation,the comprehensive management in decoration,the acceptance examination in every stage and so on .Well completed,such basic work will certainly lay a sound foundation for the progress control in construction.
