摘要
针对一些早期生产的混凝土输送泵电气控制系统普遍存在的操作繁琐、电器元件多、元器件老化、可靠性低和维修保养困难等问题 ,提出了应用PLC对以常规继电器为主的控制系统进行改造的方案 ,分析了其优势及可行性 ,合并、增加、简化了一些原有操作规程 ,并以HB6 0D混凝土输送泵为例对控制系统设计中的一些问题进行了探讨 .
In order to solve the popular problems that many concrete pumps made early, such as multifariously to operate, having too many elements and easy to aging, low reliability and to service and maintain, this article develops a blue print of control concrete pump with PLC instead of traditional control system with relays, analyzes the advantage and possibility of it, merges and simplifies the originally operating rules, discusses some problems in programming PLC procedure by using HB60D as an example.
