摘要
叙述了用单片计算机控制锅炉软化水处理设备的工作过程 .工业锅炉是重要的热能动力设备 ,锅炉水处理是保证锅炉安全经济运行的重要的手段之一 .天然水中含有各种杂质 ,危及锅炉的安全 .工业锅炉的水处理防止结垢、发沫 ,保证其可靠工作 .主要研制系统对水处理使其水软化 ,使用的技术为阳离子交换法 .
This paper discusses the working principle of boiler water processing based on a single chip computer system. The industrial boiler is the important thermal power equipment. A lot of impurities are mixed in natural water, which may do harm to the safety of boilers. The water processing can prevent the formation of deposit and froth ,and improve the operating reliability of the boilers. The aim of water processing is at softening boiler water. The positive exchange technique is used for the water processing.
