摘要
本文检测了40例高血压病人,20例正常人血流动力学参数、左房内径(LAD)、左室心肌重量指数(LVMWI)和血浆心钠素(ANP)水平。结果表明,高血压病患者血浆ANP水平升高;相关分析表明,高血压病患者平均动脉压(MAP)、心尖搏动图房缩期/全舒张期比值(A/D)与血浆ANP浓度呈正相关,舒张振幅时间指数(DATI)与ANP水平呈负相关,LAD、LVMWI与ANP水平无相关性。本文结果提示高血压病患者左室舒张功能受损、MAP水平对血浆ANP水平升高有影响,血浆ANP水平升高可作为其舒张功能受损参数。
Plasma concentration of atrial natriurefic peptide (ANP) and hemodynamics、 left atrial diameter (LAD)、left ventricular mass (LVM) were investigated in 40 cases of essential hypertension and 20 normotensive control.The investigation showed that plasma concentrations of ANP in essential hypertension were markedly higher than that in normotensive control.Statistic analysis indicated that plasma ANP correlated positively with mean aterial pressure (MAP).The analysis also showed that plasma ANP correlated positively with A/D and negatively with diastolic amplitude time inder (DATI).No synificant correlations were noted between plasma ANP and LAD、LVM et al.
