The Distributions of Informational Redundancies of Random and Independent Sequences

摘要 本文证明了对于随机核酸序列,2ND1服从自由度为3的χ2分布,对于l无关联核酸序列,2(N—l)Dl+1服从自由度为9的χ2分布。 It is shown that 2ND_1 obeys X_3~2—distribution for random nucleic acid sequences, and 2(N—l)D_(1+4) obeys X_3~2—distribution for l—independent sequences.
