摘要
目的 探讨高频阴道探头经胸诊断先天性心脏病的可行性及价值。方法 93例临床诊断为先天性心脏病的新生儿及婴儿使用高频阴道探头经胸探查。结果 93例均经高频阴道探头确诊为先天性心脏病 ,且获得的图像更为清晰。结论 高频阴道探头经胸探查能准确地诊断新生儿及婴儿先天性心脏病。
Objective To explore the feasibility of high frequency vaginal probe(HFVP)to diagnose neonatal and infants congenital diseases(CHD)transthoracically.Methods Transthoracic echocardiojgraphy was performed in 93 neonates and infants with CHD,andthe diagnosis was confirmea by HFVP Results Congenital heart defects were detected with HFVP transthoracically in the 93 cases,and the images were really improved.Conclusions Neonates and infants CHD were detected more accurately with HFVP transthoracically.
