摘要
本文以 488 .0nm激发光激发CCl4 诱发白鼠肝病变过程中白鼠血清的自体荧光光谱 ,在对荧光光谱作了二阶导数分析基础上 ,根据其二阶导数光谱中出现的极小值的数量和位置进行多峰高斯拟合 ,使用特定高斯曲线峰值的比为参量对数据进行分析。发现 ,能够将健康与病变血清很好的区分开。
Laser-induced fluorescence spectra at the excitation of 488.0 nm are obtained during the progression of liver fibrosis induced by CCl 4.Multi-peak Gauss fit of spectra is used for to analyzed spectra according to number and position of minimum of the second derivative of fluorescence spectrum. Difference between normal and abnormal serum spectra is very distinct when ratios of certain peak value of gauss curve are used as parameter.The results indicate non-linear curve fit may be an effective method to analyzed fine structure of fluorescence spectra of several materials.
