基于MCNP的医学仿真计算建模方法研究 被引量:5

摘要 MCNP是用于计算重子、光子或者中子/电子/输运方程的通用蒙特卡罗中性粒子输运计算程序。该系统应用广泛,但其仿真计算的建模工作非常复杂,尤其是面向医学领域应用时,MCNP程序常常因为计算模型规模超出所能承受的极限数量而无法运行。针对这样问题,文章将提出三种基于MCNP的医学仿真计算建模方法,并对各自的优劣进行了比较分析。作者根据三种方法思想编程实现了基于MCNP的医学仿真计算的自动建模及其向MCNP输入文件的自动转换。该程序已经在实际中得到运用,并取得了良好的效果。 MCNP is a general-purpose Monte Carlo N-particle code that can be used for neutron, photon, electron, or coupled neutron/photon/electron transport. It’s used widely, but it is very complicated to construct its simulation model, especially when it is used in medicine field. MCNP often cannot run because the calculation model goes beyond the limit of MCNP geometry disposal capacity. Three modeling models with their own specialty will be put forward in the paper. According to these methods, the author programmed to realize MCNP automatic modeling and automatic conversion into MCNP input files. The program has been put into practice, and the result is satisfied.
