摘要
目的 探讨MRI内耳水成像在内耳病变的应用价值。方法 分析 10例先天性感音性耳聋及 10例正常儿童MRI内耳水成像。使用GESignaInfinityTwinSpeed 1.5T扫描仪 ,头部 8通道相控阵线圈 ,快速三维梯度回波序列 ( 3D -Fiesta) ,采集内耳所在区域内水信号 ,送AW4.0工作站进行图像三维重建。结果 正常组中 3个膜半规管、前庭及耳蜗均清晰显示 ,其中有 3例前半规管不连续 ;先天性耳聋组有 6例显示正常 ,1例右侧前半规管未见显示 ,为前半规管发育不良 ,2例 ( 4耳 )耳蜗只显示一圈半 ,且耳蜗直径缩小 ,顶周与中周融合成囊状 ,为Mondini崎形 ,1例 ( 2耳 )内耳纤维化。结论 MRI内耳水成像能清晰显示膜迷路的 3个膜半规管、前庭及耳蜗 ,对内耳非骨性结构的先天性异常有定性价值。
Objective To observe the distribution of labyrinthine fluid,finding the inner ear disease.Methods The GE Signa Infinity TwinSpeed 1 .5T collects the signal of the labyrinthine fluid,sending to AW4.0 work station to perform picture analysis.Results Normal groud shows normal semicircular canals ,vestibules ,cochleas,but the three superior semicircular canals of the three normal cases are not successive,Congenital perceptive deafness groud shows the six cases normal,one case does not show the superior semicircular canal,thinking superior semicircular canal is malformation, two cases(four ears)mondini malformation show one and 1/2 cochlear in left ear and right ear respectively,showing the dimension of the cochlear decreases,thinking the cochlears are malformations-,one case(two ears) with inner fibrosis .Conclusions Picture of inner ear fluid of MRI shows the normal three semicircular canals and vestibule and cochlear .We believe that it can diagnose immaturity of inner ear that is not bony labyrinth.
