摘要
目的探讨临床护理管理中对责任护士实施量化考核的效果。方法量化考核住院病人满意度、健康教育落实、病历书写质控、病房管理和基础护理5个方面。结果量化考核实施前后责任护士考核平均成绩经t检验,P<0.01,病人满意度、护理病历合格率、基础护理质量合格率及病房管理分别经字2检验,P<0.01或<0.05,有显著性差异。说明实施量化考核后,责任护士考核的平均成绩、病人满意度、护理病历合格率、基础护理质量合格率及病房管理合格率5个方面均提高。结论对责任护士进行量化考核,有效提高责任护士素质,提高病人满意度和护理质量,使护理管理科学化。
Objective To explore the effect of quantitative check of duty nurses in ward nursing management. Methods The quantitative check covered 5 items of inpatient's satisfaction degree, health education, quality control of history writing, ward management and basic nursing.Results The average scores were significantly different by t-test(P<0.01) before and after quantitative check. There were significant differences in view of patient's satisfaction degree, the qualification rate of nursing history, qualification rate of basic nursing and ward management before and after quantitative check by X2 test (P<0.01 or P<0.05), which indicated there were rises in all the aspects. Conclusion The quantitative check of duty nurses can increase the quality of duty nurses effectively and improve patient's satisfaction rate and the nursing quality, thus making nursing management scientific.
