有关FPC临床表现的探讨(附47例报告)

摘要
息肉是消化道的常见病，某些息肉有多发倾向，一般认为息肉超过100个便称之为息肉病。2-100个之间的叫多发性息肉。息肉病中较常见的是家族性结肠息肉病，又叫家族性结肠腺瘤病(FPC)，其病理特点是遗传性癌前期病变——腺瘤．我院自1975年以来共收治该病患者47人，本文介绍FPC治疗情况，并讨论FPC的相关的临床问题。
