玉米转座子spm的分子遗传学的概述 被引量:2

摘要 目前,用遗传学方法已从玉米中鉴定出了十余个转座子体系,但只有其中两个体系在分子水平上研究的较为清楚,这就是 Ac—Ds 体系(Activator—dissociation system)和 spm体系(Suppressor—mutator system)。spm 是由B.McClimtock 和 P.A.peterson 于五十年代分别独立发现的。当时,McClintock
