摘要
无公害蔬菜是不含危害人体健康有毒物质的商品菜。有害蔬菜的污染源主要有化学农药残留,工矿企业排放的废水、废气,城市生活污水等。无公害蔬菜生产首先应杜绝污染源,保护优良的菜田生态环境,并建立区域性无公害蔬菜生产协作网,采用农业、生物、物理、化学、生态的综合技术。
By the non-residual toxicity vegetables we mean the commercial ones in which there is nosubstances harmful to human body. The mainpollutants of the harmful vegetables come fromthe residual toxicity of agricultural chemicals,waste water and waste gases from industrial enterprises and sewage from everyday lifein town. It is most important for the produc-tionof non-residual toxicity vegetables to stopcontaminant resources , protect normalecolog-ical environment for vegetable plots,set up regional cooperation system for the protection of non-residual toxicity vegetablesand take comprehensive countermeasures of agricultural,biological, chemical and ecologicaltechnology.
