摘要 水利枢纽泄洪消能对水电站尾水洞出口水位的扰动为设计和运行提出了新问题.利用水工模型试验的尾水位波动测试结果作为边界条件,采用水电站过渡过程的分析方法进行数值仿真模拟,探讨了枢纽泄洪造成的水电站尾水位波动对机组稳定运行的影响. During the design and operation of the hydropower station, there exists a new problem that the fall point of flood discharge in hydro project will disturb water level of the tailrace tunnel outlet. Concerning this question, combining the boundary condition provided by the hydraulic model test, applying 1-D unsteady transient flow computing program, the effect of tail water level fluctuation due to the flood discharge on the stable operation of units in hydropower station is simulated. The conclusion has great guiding significance for practical engineering construction.
