摘要
对发动机的滑动轴承进行了数值计算分析,求解了轴承的雷诺方程、粘度方程、密度方程与载荷方程,得到压力分布与油膜厚度分布,进而由接触力学分析得到轴承衬内的应力分布,应力分布影响材料的塑性变形,这对分析滑动轴承的胶合失效有实际意义。根据计算结果,建议由最大Mises应力来指导滑动轴承的设计。
A numerical analysis of the sliding bearing of engines is analyzed. The Reynolds equation, viscosityequation, density equation and load equation are evaluated with a finite differential method. The hydrodynamicpressure distribution and film shape are drawn, and the three - dimensional Mises stress field is calculated basedon the above pressure distribution. The maximum Mises stress is significantly related to the veneering failure ofbearing bushes; therefore, the maximum stress is proposed to be used to guide the design of sliding bearings.
