摘要
建设文化大省是广东全面建设小康社会 ,率先实现现代化的重要保证和必然要求 ,需要有宏观性、系统性、导向性、协调性的文化发展战略体系来指导。为了更加有目的、有组织、有计划地开展文化大省建设工作 ,避免文化建设的盲目性、自发性、无序性和重复性 。
The construction of a major province of culture is an important guarantee for and an inevitable demand of constructing an over-all well-off society and realizing modernization in Guangdong province. This job must be done under the guidance of a macroscopic, systematic, oriented and coordinated strategic system for cultural development. This paper argues that a unified strategic system for cultural development for the whole province should be established as soon as possible so that the construction of a major province of culture may be carried out in a more purposeful, systematic and well-planned way.
