摘要
经过 2 0 0 3年和 2 0 0 4年的SARS报道 ,信息公开制得到了促进。信息公开在改变我们的观念和现状的同时 ,也凸显了一些负作用 ,值得反思。信息公开好比一把双刃剑 ,运用好了才能促成政府、媒体与公众之间形成信任与合作关系 。
The information-opening system has been improved through SARS reports in 2003 and 2004. Side effects of this system appeared when it changed our minds. The information-opening is the sword of Damocles. Trust and cooperation among government, media and the public can be formed when this system is used properly.
