摘要 神经干细胞 (neuralstemcell ,NSC)是一种终身具有自我更新能力的细胞 ,其子细胞能分化产生神经系统的各类细胞 ,这一特性为神经系统各类疾病的治疗带来了新的希望。模型方法是医学研究的基本方法。 neural stem cells (NSCs)with the ability to self-renew over the lifetime of the organism , can generate a large number of clonally related progeny that can differentiate into various kinds cells of the central nervous system , which give a new hope for curing some neural system diseases. The animal model is a basic method in the medical research. Application of animal models in NSCs research is presented as follows .
