定向增发正在成为外资并购国内上市公司的又一种路径选择。阐述了定向增发的含义、作用和风险,并提出了定向增发过程中应注意的几个问题。
Directional increase and development is becoming a new option of annexing domestic corporation for the foreign capital. The article expatiates the meaning, functions and risks of directional increase and development, and raise a few questions that should be given regards to in the process of directional increase and development.
