摘要
分段投资是创业投资的基本投资模式。从投资人的角度看 ,创业投资决策需要解决是否投资、何时投资、如何投资三个基本问题 ,对应的机会分析、评价分析、优化分析形成创业投资决策的分析体系。
Staging finance is the basic operation in venture capital. From the view of investors, the three questions of whether to invest, when to invest, and how to invest are basic problems to be solved by investors in their decision-making. So, the decision-making analysis system is composed of the opportunity analysis, the evaluation analysis and the optimization analysis.
