摘要
论述了一个具有资源配置效率,对相关的信息反应敏捷的市场称之为有效资本市场。指出了发展中的我国资本市场还显得有几分稚嫩和欠完善,距离有效资本市场还有相当的差距,难以立即充分发挥其优化资源配置的功能。提出了必须下大力气,抓住关键时机,重塑我国资本市场,使之向有效资本市场的方向迈进,促进其健康、规范、稳步、高效的发展,有效地促进我国经济结构调整及其发展的对策思考。
A capital market with high efficiency of allocYan Birong: Postgraduate; School of Management, WUT, Wuhan 430070,China.ating resources and a high sensitivity to the related information is called an efficient capital market.Compared with an efficient capital market,a developing capital market in China seems to be a little weak and deficient. It is hard to bring its function of bettering resources allocation into play.We must hold tightly the critical moment to reconstruct the capital market, to make it develop into an efficient capital market,to develop in a healthy, normal, steady and efficient way, and to promote the economic construction adjustment and development in China.
