摘要
整体护理是护理科学发展的方向与必然要求,实施整体护理是临床护理的必然选择。针对基层医院的特殊性,分析了影响基层医院整体护理开展的相关因素,并提出了促进基层医院整体护理顺利开展的一些措施。
The whole attendance is the pulse and necessary requirement. Carrying it out is a necessary choice of clinical attendance. In allusion to the particularity of the grass-roots hospitals, this article has analysed the factors which influence the developing of the whole nurse in grass-roots hospitals. It has put forward some measures which can promote successful developing of the whole attendance in grass-roots hospitals.
